Energy Giant EDF Used Trojans to Spy on Greenpeace

French energy giant EDF has been found guilty of spying on environmental campaigners using Trojan malware. Company fined 1.5 million euros (1.3 million) for spying on Greenpeace. EDF’s former security head Pascal Durieux given three-year jail sentence with one suspended. His deputy Pierre-Paul Franois given three years with 30 months suspended.
