Kevin Kelly pleads guilty to charges of fraud, identity theft and transport of stolen property. He sneaked equipment out of his workplace in a small duffel bag and then sold it on the Internet, prosecutors say. Kelly faces maximum penalties of 32 years in prison and a fine of close to $2 million on the charges. Another EMC employee — Mark Rothfuss — has also been charged with stealing about $140,000 from EMC. He is due to be sentenced on April 7.”]
