Pirate Bay Supporters Hack Swedish IFPI Web Site

Hackers defaced International Federation of the Phonographic Industry’s (IFPI) Swedish Web site. Front page of the site was replaced with text declaring war on antipiracy entertainment groups. Four men connected with The Pirate Bay stand trial for allegedly helping to make content under copyright available. The site was restored by the afternoon after the attack on the site had been taken down by the day before the attack began. The trial is the biggest test of Sweden’s copyright infringement laws related to file-sharing.”]
