AOL 9.0 Accused of Badware Behavior

StopBadware.org is a group set up to combat malicious software. The group advises users to steer clear of the free AOL 9.0 software because of its “badware behavior” The group says AOL doesnt properly inform users of what its software will do to PCs. AOL has taken steps to address the groups concerns, the group has held off on officially rating AOL as badware. Other software that has been the target of the group includes Kazaa, the Jessica Simpson Screensaver and Starware News Toolbar.”]
