Marvin D. Yahnke, his wife, Shirley, and their 19-year-old son, Daniel, were charged on Thursday with the manufacture and possession of IEDs. A 15-year old boy was arrested on Wednesday in Freeborn County Juvenile Court and charged with third-degree arson and explosives possession in connection with a number of recent explosions in the area. Investigators have linked the Yahnkes to the explosions of an outdoor latrine and a handful of mailboxes over the past few months.”]
