Security vendor eEye Digital Security has released what it calls a temporary patch to fix a bug in Internet Explorer browser. The bug concerns the way IE processes webpages using the createTextRange() method. Microsoft has described these attacks as “limited” in scope, but the problem is being taken seriously by the software giant. Microsoft says it may wait until April 11 to fix the bug, although the software could come earlier if the threat grows. The patch, which is free of charge, will automatically remove itself when Microsofts official patch is delivered.”]
