Major credit card companies and CardSystems were called to Capitol Hill on Thursday to testify about the countrys largest data breach. Much of the finger-pointing was directed at the FBI, which did not immediately respond when told of the breach. Members of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations were also very interested in how Card system’s security was breached. Visa would agree to nothing more than talks until Card system was more cooperative, members of the subcommittee were also asked to reconsider their decision.”]
