Georgia Man Charged With Making ‘Fake’ HIPAA Violation Claims

Jeffrey Parker, 43, charged with falsely reporting that a hospital worker committed criminal HIPAA violations. He faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
