Anonymous Seizes North Korea Propaganda Accounts

Hacktivists seized control of North Korean propaganda news agency’s Twitter and Flickr accounts. North Korea has hardly any presence on the Internet, but the accounts are two of the most prominent means of communication between the communist state and the rest of the world. The message posted by Anonymous is highly unlikely to be seen by citizens of North Korea, since Internet access is restricted to a select pool consisting mostly of military and government officials. DPI attacks were complemented with distributed denial of service attacks on Air Koryo, the Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and Korea Computer Center.”]
