Details on roughly 400,000 payment cards related to US and South Korean financial organizations and banks are up for sale on the dark web. The seller put a $1,985,835 price tag on the full set, for a median price of $5 per record, and says that the buyers should expect a validity rate of around 30-40%. The source of the stolen payment card data is still an unknown. The only known fact at the moment is that the records were not stolen from e-commerce sites in Magecart attacks where Track 2 data is never involved.
