Europol arrested two Romanians for allegedly selling services that helped cybercriminals circumvent antivirus tools. Europol says they operated the CyberSeal and Dataprotector encrypting services along with Cyberscan encrypting. The two suspects were arrested in Romania, Norway and the United States. The services were available on the darknet since 2010, with some high-profile criminal groups, including GandCrab, using them, according to Europol.
